Meet our executive team

Mark DesJardine is a tenured professor and the Harvey H. Bundy III T’68 Faculty Fellow at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and Senior Fellow at the Wharton ESG Analytics Lab. He has published widely on shareholder activism and won awards from both academic and industry communities for his scientific research, including Canada’s highest academic honor, the Governor General’s Gold Medal. Prior to becoming a professor, Mark worked in investor relations. He holds a PhD in Business Administration and is a CFA Charterholder.

Thomas Hue is a machine learning engineer with deep expertise in AI and statistical modeling. He previously worked at Amazon where he led multiple innovative and technically advanced projects. He holds a Master of Engineering Management from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College and a Master of Science from École Centrale de Nantes in France. Thomas is also an accomplished triathlete with numerous competition titles in the US and France.

Wei Shi is a tenured professor and the Cesarano Faculty Scholar at Miami Herbert Business School, University of Miami. He is an internationally renowned corporate governance scholar who has taught courses on business strategy, strategic governance, and corporate governance. He co-authored the book Understanding and Managing Strategic Governance and many of his research studies have been covered in prominent media outlets. Wei holds a PhD in Business Administration and is a former board member of the International Corporate Governance Society.

Roy van Hamburg was part of the leadership team at Activist Insight and Insightia, where he ran the company’s commercial operations in the Americas as the business grew to become the leading provider of shareholder activism, proxy voting and corporate governance data worldwide. The business was sold to Diligent in 2022, where Roy joined the senior leadership team and worked on the development and launch of the Diligent Market Intelligence platform. Roy is a well-respected figure within shareholder activism and has strong relationships with leading professionals across the engagement, stewardship and corporate governance spaces.
